Representatives from Chinese Academy of Sciences, the state council three gorges project construction committee and Chongqing government signed an agreement ‘cooperation with establishing Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology’ on 28th Dec., 2011, which emphasized the cooperation on the establishing stage of CIGIT. The three gorges project committee specially holds on the establishment of three gorges ecological environment research institute.
