Research Center for Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Technology (CAM)
1. Introduction

        Our center mainly aims at the innovation of additive manufacturing (AM, 3D Printing) technology and the applications in the fields of aerospace, defense industry, automotive, and biomedicine. Especially, the research focuses on the fundamental AM theory and key technologies satisfied the need of AM with high-accuracy, high-performance, and high-efficiency. The center would be developed as a world-class leading platform for AM R&D and commercialization.

2. Research

        a. Principles and key technologies of AM with high-efficiency, high-resolution, and high-performance;

        b. AM equipments : critical units and integration technologies;

        c. AM design method and software;

        d. High performance AM materials and its industrialization.
