Dr. Chaolan He, currently is a team manager of Science and Technology Library at Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, CAS, as well as dedicating to many research projects. Her major effort is emphasized on providing informative and insightful consultation to research teams and other organizations, sketching strategic plan for regional academic and industrial communities, extended globally eventually. Prior to her current position in Chongqing institute, she obtained her B.S. in Central China Normal University and the M.S. Degree from Anhui Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, CAS, majored in optical instrument and spectroscopy. In 2012, she was awarded the Ph. D. Degree from Chengdu Institute of Optics and Electronics, CAS in the field of optical engineering. During her academic career, Dr. He has authored and co-authored 7 research articles in high quality journals and been issued 3 Software Copyrights, which all make a significant compact on real world.
