Resume

Fan Le earned a Ph.D. from Harbin Institute of Technology in July 2017. His research has long focused on the safety and resilience of mountainous urban agglomerations, emergency rescue and scientific engineering, and human-computer interaction and intelligent systems.

As one of the early pioneers in China to study multi-hazard damage mechanisms and emergency rescue training facilities, he has served as the Principal Investigator for the design of multiple national and provincial emergency rescue bases. These include the National Emergency Rescue Centers for North China and Northeast China, the renovation of the National Earthquake Emergency Rescue Training Base, and the disaster prevention and mitigation dispatch capacity enhancement projects in the northern and southern regions of Tianjin. He has systematically developed specialized emergency rescue training facilities for major natural disasters such as earthquakes, mudslides, water/mountain/trench rescues, and forest/grassland fires, achieving groundbreaking "zero-to-one" breakthroughs in specialized emergency rescue training platforms for multiple disaster scenarios in China.

Additionally, he actively participates in the evaluation of major national and provincial projects. To date, he has published over 30 scientific papers, co-authored 7 national and industry standards, and obtained 8 authorized national invention patents.
