Liang Wang received Ph. D. degree from Sichuan University in 2011, then worked as an assistant researcher in School of Materials of Jiangsu University (2011-2012), postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Chemistry of Illinois Institute of Technology (2012-2016), postdoctoral researcher in School of Pharmacy of The Ohio State University (2017), respectively. In 2018, he joined CIGIT, of the Chinese Academy of Sciences via “Pioneer Hundred Talents Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences”. In recent years, he focus on development of nanopore technology, especially concentrating on biomolecular detection and precise measurement of biochemical reactions and biophysical processes. He has published more than 40 papers in peer-reviewed journals such as Small Methods 、Biosensors Bioelectronics 、 Trends in Analytical Chemistry 、ACS Sensors、 Analytical Chemistry et al. and applied for more than 10 invention patents (5 issued).
