Resume

Dr. Wang Jinyu received his PhD in optical engineering from Tsinghua University in February 2002. In January 2009, he went to UAB University in the United States to engage in doctoral research, mainly conducting retinal in vivo imaging research with cell-level resolution. In 2010, he went to work at the Paris Observatory in France. He mainly carried out medical imaging research based on line coherence tomography (POCT) technology, which was used for high-resolution scan-free imaging of mouse brain in vivo and human retina in vivo. He has long been engaged in research on 3D optical profile measurement and analysis technology and three-dimensional tomographic biomedical imaging technology based on the principle of parallel coherence tomography. He presided over the development of a parallel coherence tomography microscopic imaging system for the laboratory platform to achieve non-destructive and non-contact for living biological tissues. 1μm high-resolution 4D macromolecule-level diagnostic images; invented the self-coherent parallel optical coherence tomography system, which solved the international problem of classic system failure due to micron-level vibration; developed the dynamic characteristics of the time axis of cell images (Brownian motion, Physiological contraction, energy metabolism) to realize cell classification and tumor cell automatic labeling algorithm; chaired the Chinese Academy of Sciences Instrument Special Project, Zhongke Weigao Plan, Chinese Academy of Sciences Western Light Talent Plan, Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau Key R&D Plan, Junwei Science and Technology Commission xxx Key Fund, etc. 10 research projects (accumulated scientific research funding of 2 million US dollars, 3.5 million euros, 10 million yuan). Applied for 13 invention patents, including 1 from the United States, 20 utility models, and more than 30 SCI papers
