Jianting Fu received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Application Technology at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the M.E. degree in Measuring and Testing Technologies and Instruments at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the B.E. degree in Automation at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, in 2021, 2012 and 2009. From Nov. 2018 to Nov. 2019, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the National University of Singapore.
