Resume

Xin Li, associate professor, male, Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, CAS. Focused on the preparation and application research of graphene and related materials. We have successively broken through the inherent theory of crystal growth that only single crystal substrates can epitaxial grow single crystal materials, realized the epitaxy of large area single crystal Graphene materials on polycrystalline substrates for the first time in the world, and expounded the general law of polycrystalline substrates growing single crystal Graphene; The technology of in-situ growth of high-quality patterned graphene based on substrate regulation is proposed by us, which provides a solution for the simplified application of device processing technology of Graphene.
