Dapeng Wei received his Ph. D Sci. degree in department of Electronics, Peking University, China in 2009. Now, he is a professor/researcher at the Center for Nanofabrication and System Integration, Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include the controllable growth of graphene or other 2-D materials, novel optoelectronic devices, and flexible functional devices.
