Zhang Xuerui is the deputy director of the big data center, the general manager of Zhongke Luzhi (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd., was supported by the Key Technical Talent Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is mainly engaged in the research and application of intelligent analysis of Internet of Things data such as video, infrared and radar. The research content includes the perceptual fusion and AI analysis technology of multi-modal sensing data based on domestic chips, and the research of end-edge-cloud big data intelligent platform for heterogeneous embedded chips. He took the lead in compiling the online monitoring related plans and standards for the the comprehensive management of the Three Gorges, which is governed by the Three Gorges Office of the National Council. He is a member of the national edge-computing equipment technology and related standards, Chongqing big data intelligent standards and other preparation group, and is responsible for the leading work of a number of national key research and projects.
