Mr. Xiaopeng Lu, is a full time buyer and negotiator in Open Instrument and Technology Center at Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, CAS. His responsibility is to seek instrument quotation and to organize expertise panel for purchase validation in pre- and post-session. Before he acquired this academic position, he obtained his B. S. Degree in Sichuan Agricultural University and subsequently M. S. Degree from kunming Institute of Zoology, CAS, major in biochemistry and molecular biology.
