1. Manage, operate, and open sharing of scientific research equipment of Chongqing Academy.

2. Responsible for the construction, management, operation and maintenance of public laboratories of Chongqing Academy.

3. Handle applications for qualification or accreditation for the Chongqing Academy's public laboratories.

4.Organize and manage the repair and procurement of specific item.

5.Participate in the planning and construction of research platforms and provide demonstration on the procurement of research equipment.

6.Responsible for completing various tasks assigned by the President's Office and Chongqing Academy’s leaders.
