1. Organizing the formulation and revision of the Chongqing Academy's human resources strategy and preparing human resources development plans.
2. Responsible for cadre selection and appointment, education and training, serve temporary positions for learning, and daily management.
3. Responsible for organizational and position establishment, staff management, and personnel deployment.
4. Responsible for various types of personnel recruitment and the introduction of various talents.
5. Responsible for talent team construction and talent development (including continuing education and training).
6. Responsible for talent program management and talent services.
7. Responsible for post appointment and assessment, part-time management, compensation management, social security, personnel files, attendance and leave, coordination of labor disputes, labor protection and other comprehensive personnel management work.
8. Responsible for the management of external part-time, labor dispatch, and other mobile personnel.
9. Responsible for the management of private passports for leadership and personnel involved in confidential matters.
10. Acting as the caretaker of the Entrepreneurship Center, responsible for the daily management and assessment of off-site entrepreneurs and full-time expatriates.
11. Responsible for completing various tasks assigned by the President's Office and Chongqing Academy’s leaders.
