1. Formulating teaching regulations and systems, constructing the graduate curriculum system, managing teaching and courses, teaching supervision and quality assessment, and selecting outstanding courses.

2. Responsible for graduate admissions, overall training, degree management, and mentor team construction.

3. Assisting in disciplinary construction.

4. Responsible for the daily work of the Degree Committee.

5. Leading cooperation with other academies and universities.

6. Coordinating and overseeing the related work of construction of the Chongqing School, University of Chinese Academy of Science.

7. Responsible for completing various tasks assigned by the President's Office and Chongqing Academy’s leaders.
